  1. According to Stanford Medical, It's in fact the SINGLE reason this country's women get to live 10 years more and weigh on average 42 pounds lighter than us.

    (And actually, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some hard exercise and EVERYTHING about "HOW" they are eating.)
